Who is the most knowledgeable or available CLIENT to field our questions and receive updates on your file? As knowledgeable as your Realtor might be, we are looking here for the client who will be the point person on your file.
In our efforts to reduce paper waste, our standard practice is to provide you with emailed copies of signing documentation for preview in advance of your appointment and then of post-closing reporting correspondence. Most clients these days prefer to retain information electronically and may print pages at their own discretion. Other clients, however, would prefer a hard copy package to be provided which we are also pleased to accommodate.
