In our efforts to reduce paper waste, our standard practice is to provide you with emailed copies of signing documentation for preview in advance of your appointment and then of post-closing reporting correspondence. Most clients these days prefer to retain information electronically and may print pages at their own discretion. Other clients, however, would prefer a hard copy to be provided which we are pleased to accommodate.
